A & M Lofts was established by Anthony Mottram in 1984 and is one of the original specialist loft conversion businesses. We employ a very experienced and professional work force who have been with the company for many years.

We offer a full package from planning through to design and completion.

A measured survey will be carried out by structural engineer (Bryan Reed C.Eng, M.I. Strut.E. M.B.Eng ). Bryan has been working with the company for some twenty years and he will deal with all the drawings and structural calculations for submission to local authority through to the building regulation approval, and any planning issues that may be relevant.

Each job receives individual attention and commitment. We keep the workplace tidy and endeavour not to intrude on our client”s daily living space.

Over the years we have provided practical training for many young people in conjunction with CITB (Construction Skills Registered Employer).
